Amazing gym very well equipped and well behaved staff. Knowledge speaks it self, lost 3 kgs in 1 months with steady diet and amazing workout. Always recommended if you are staying in kharar or near by area. And management did great work by removing couple of nonsense people, such attention and eye for detail is what makes this gym different which thinks about safety members along with their fitness goals.

They do not run after money but target quality so that everyone can workout in peace and respectful manner.

MLC Gym is very disappointing. The staff boy behavior is rude and unprofessional. There is no proper trainer available, and the machines are not advanced. Many plates are broken and not maintained. The staff boy only pays attention to training girls and ignores other members. Even the treadmills are dirty and often covered with dust. Overall, not a good experience.
