Amazing gym and Yadwinder paaji and Mandeep paaji are awesome person... I've been part of Khalsa gym from 1 nd half year

1. First of all it's so absolutely suffocating, because it's completely air locked. The owners don't even open 1 window because they want to save money by preventing AC air or heater air from going outside. This tells you why the gym is so cheap. Anyone with common sense knows that oxygen inside is depleted and there is no access to the fresh air. In the long term this can even cause some degree of permanent brain damage, due to lack of oxygen concentration inside. 2. Most gym equipment is outdated and rusted. They use broken hooks to connect machines to handles which is extremely risky. 3. There are 8-10 heating rods just hanging randomly in the gym with no covering and naked wires. The heating element is red hot (easily reaching more than 500 C). I don't need to tell you what happens if it falls on you. 4. I haven't seen a single lady at the gym till now, probably because of the unsafe infrastructure and unsafe habits followed by the owner. Conclusion: The gym is indeed cheap, feasibility wise, infrastructure wise and safety wise.

The gym is best as always , better place to workout nd to get in shape. Best gym in kharar i would like to u join khasla gym
