Pretty good , it's my first gym so I can't compare on the basis of average gym in my area. Fully Air conditioner , trainers are friendly. Really liked it , only lag i found out is the space , you have to be careful in the gym due to confined space
Best place to workout, if u visiting kapurthala for short term than come and have a word with them they will whatever best they could for u. Highly recommended, clean and friendly staff. I've been to kpt for only one month and they gave really good deal
Gold gym is the best gym, trainers is very hard working, top class equipments. cleanness, Extra classes of Yoga, aerobics & bhangra are awesome so it's a excellent place for growing up the physically activities.
Absolutely love this gym! Super clean and love the free weights that are available. Great equipment! Now on to the best part, the training company in the gym! I have been training with Amit for about 2 months and he is phenomenal.

Extra classes of Power Yoga, aerobics & bhangra are awesome which I never miss. Here I managed to get great result which I never thought were possible. I want to express my gratitude towards Sunny sir, Tushar sir, Parri sir, Deep sir & Aman sir who are always their to motivates me to push more harder and achieve the unachievable..Thank you all from core of my heart..Highly recommended
