I'm not a fitness enthusiast, but this is the second time in my life I've joined a gym -- and to be honest, this has been my worst gym experience so far. I've been a member here for 6 months, and every time there's a power cut, they never switch on the generator. And if by mistake they do, they wait 30 to 45 minutes first, hoping the electricity will come back. Since last week, power cuts have become regular, and not even once have they turned the generator on.

Third Space is hands down one of the best gyms I've experienced. The trainers are top-notch--professional, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. The ambience is inspiring, clean, and luxurious, making every workout feel like a treat. Plus, the equipment is state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and perfect for every kind of training. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness!

Professional trainers provide custom diet and workout plans based on individual goals

The worst gym experience ever trainers are not having sense to talk to their clients. They just focus on personal training and if someone has not taken personal training like normal members, they don't care about them. They don't have sense to talk to their clients. They just bark like dogs The worst are the trainers here and please don't join this Gym When Electricity goes, there, does not turn on the generator 30 to 45 minutes. No ACs work. There is lift problem and this Gym is not worth to join. Go to another gym.

worst gym ever they say dont deadlift in that area or dont do that , they only prefer PT only half gym is without AC . they talk very rudly speacialy the head trainer there as a powertlifter they say me to not to do deadlift or do in tight area where there is no space , or where there is no ac . I DONT RECOMEND THIS GYM WORST GYM EVER DONT JOIN . THEY ARE HAVING WORST STAFF AND TRAINERS . worst gym experience ever once u have given fees they change completey . SO DONT JOIN THE 3rd SPACE GYM I HIGHLY DONT RECOMEND

Best gym in the whole city. Friendly Trainers All machines in good condition. Hygienic Environment. Clean Washroom.

Most of the time light is not there... not able to use treadmill... have good equipment but management is very poor...
