It is a nice gym with all updated equipment and a decent crowd. The gym trainer Mr. Amar knows exactly how to do his job. His minor inputs to an exercise increases the effect of it. I would highly recommend it to girls. You can join this gym without even giving a second thought.

Just go for it! Me and my wife have visited multiple gyms in Jalandhar cantt area and figured out that SDS fitness is best of all. We have been going to SDS fitness for a few months now, and we are really happy with our decision. The gym is well equipped & optimally organised. The trainers are very knowledgeable & supportive. They don't have any concept of Personal training as they treat all the clients equally which is really appreciable. The head trainer Mr. Amar is a wise man. Training with him has been an absolute game changer for us! He always come up with few key inputs that increases the effectiveness of the workout by 10 times. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or wish to switch to a well facilitated gym with professional trainers then SDS fitness is the best option available in this region.

Very good environment. Trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable, guides very well nd with the help of them I've lost 5 kgs in just a month. All the equipments are very well maintained nd has great environment for girls n women, this too at a very reasonable fee.

I have joined this gym one month ago. Both the instructors are very helpful and humble. Environment of the gym is women friendly. It's a very good gym at a reasonable fees.

Great gym in Jalandhar with excellent equipment and friendly trainers. The atmosphere is super motivating, and the Saturday Bhangra session was amazing.
