One of the oldest gyms in the city. I used to workout there almost 25yrs back. Rakesh was extremely passionate about bringing the best equipment and building a great environment.

The Best There is no quantity crowd in this gym, there is quality crowd. And Doing gymnastics style workout gives you mental and physical relaxation.

Very good place for those who avoid crowded places.. Machinery, environment, people evething is good.. They have proper Clean washrooms, restrooms, shoe racks, parking area and most importantly stream. Staff is good Happy people make others happy too. The only lacking this place has is, its quite out of the road and the those who likes gym vibes at their best, gonna feel lil disappointed. You wont get that gym vibe here. Otherwise this place is great.
