Best gym in Rama Mandi with all equipped facilities and top notch equipments. It has friendly environment and has extra facilities as well like steam etc. Trainer is quite knowledgeable in his field and gives full time and effort towards your fitness and well being. The diet plan and exercise routine provided by the trainer are very good and give results in short span of time. I lost almost 10kg of weight in 4 months and went from 65kg to 55kg. I would highly recommend this gym for best results.

Today I really want to share my gym experience as it complete one year almost for being a part of this gym so to be honest my experience with muscle zone gym has been and continues to be Perfect and I just love this place. and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Also The trainer is really awesome and helpful and make you feel really comfortable. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. Moreover, I almost reduce 9 to 10 kgs weight from 70kg to 61kgs within 6 months with the help of trainer guidance and proper diet. So it is totally worth it to join it and the overall vibe is SUPER GREATso now it's your turn to join it and you will never be disappointed for sure!!
