Joining this gym has been one of the most frustrating and regretful decisions I've made. I paid 26,000 expecting a supportive and professional environment where members' fitness and well-being would be a priority. Instead, what I got was a place that seems solely focused on upselling personal training packages rather than actually helping or guiding general members. Throughout my time there, not once was I corrected or advised when I was clearly performing exercises incorrectly. This is not just poor service - it's irresponsible and dangerous. I saw several other members struggling too, but unless you've paid extra for a personal trainer, you're invisible to the staff. This practice of ignoring regular members unless they pay more is disgraceful. But the worst part - and I hope the owner reads this carefully - is how they handled my absence. After realizing how useless and unsupportive the environment was, I stopped going to the gym entirely. Not a single message, not a single call - nothing. It's like they didn't even care I stopped showing up. Yet, exactly after 360 days, I suddenly receive a message: "Sir, your fee is due. When can we expect you?" Seriously? That's the priority? Not a single check-in when I was missing, but the moment my renewal date arrives, I get contacted for money? This place doesn't care about your health, your goals, or your presence - just your money. Save your time, energy, and hard-earned money. 26,000 completely wasted. I would strongly advise others to think twice, maybe even thrice, before joining this premium gym.
