Worst gym in jalandhar and unsafe for women. My sister had a terrible experience with the male members and staff being uncanny and disgusting, the head office of gold gym should look into this.

One of the best gym in Jalandhar city . Environment of gym is very energetic nd motivating. The trainers r very friendly nd trained. The gym has steam bath, sauna bath , health cafe , dance classes, yoga classes , a separate women area and all the machines available are of top quality. The gym is at the 5th floor with both lift and emergency exit available . Here r some pics im sahring with u guys. One more thing now they r having all the protein shakes nd supplements available at gym .

Best Gym not only in town but in whole world I guess. Cybex equipment with gud trainers and very nyc atmosphere. Only thing I would like them to improve is music part. There r many operators, gym motivational music r rarely played. Instead I carry my own music which gives me peace.

Staff at reception don't have any knowledge about fee .IAsked for family pack staff on phone told me 20000 for family but when I went there they said 20000 for per person

Best place to get fitness. All machine are in great condition and gym have trained professional trainers. Steam n Sauna bath available. Moreover, Gym also have in-house Cafe which caters for your nutritional diet. Staff is polite and humble.
