This is the first gym I have tried in Punjab as I am from Canada and only come to visit. Regardless of what time I have gone, the environment is very comfortable and all the trainers are very helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone if they want to work on their health

Visiting from UK and was recommended this gym and I was not disappointed. It has so many machines and weights and the staff and people are really helpful. Highly recommend this place.
