Iron Fitness Gym Overall Experience: Iron Fitness Gym is a great place to work out, with a clean and organized environment that feels welcoming to both beginners and regular fitness enthusiasts. The staff is approachable and helpful, and the atmosphere is generally motivating. It's a nice spot to stay consistent with your workouts. Cardio Section: The treadmill area is well-placed and usually easy to access, but currently, one treadmill is not working. This can cause a bit of waiting time during busy hours. Also, the music volume in this section feels very loud. This is probably because the speakers are close to the treadmills, and the sound is set high to match the energy in the strength training area. While that volume works well for lifting weights, it can feel a bit intense for cardio sessions. Strength Training Section: The strength area has a good range of machines and free weights. However, a hamstring curl machine is missing, and adding one would make the lower body workout options more complete. Suggestions: Repair the treadmill, adjust or reposition speakers near the cardio section, and consider adding a hamstring curl machine. With these small improvements, the gym could easily go from great to outstanding.

Cons: No hamstring cutls machine no seqted cutls or laying curls machine Treadmills are jerky if u sprint on them you gonna fall ( 1 treadmill is completely shut ) No manual treadmill Incline chest fly is out of alignment anyone can hurt If you complain about these ( no response ) Small weight is very less you have to find and roam the whole gym to find 2.5 or 5kg if u want to increase your lift by that Pros: Croud is very good and supportive
