LAB is more like a blessing that happened to me. Novice Level:1 is perfectly designed for an aspirant, to bring a 360deg shift in lifestyle. A set of the first quarter helped me in shaping my personality; from an unfit manner of living with a miserable psyche transformed into a strong disciplined and light-headed human. The journey wasn't easy, as I had numerous health issues which were resolved with the cooperation of my coach and together we could say 'BYE' to all the dire issues. Today, I am not only a healthy person but also accumulated endurance in my physique. Hitting this goal of recovering from 27 unhealthy problems, within three months is a massive achievement in itself and the credit holder is none other than my coach, who stood there for me in my thick and thin situation. An extended pathway of poor lifestyle that most individuals are living which leads to fatal ailments is not something that can be changed overnight, so this "Greenhorn Level :1" is rightly formulated to bring the upgradation in the nutritional doze and workouts. Therefore, it's not a big step that can change your life, whereas it's everyday efforts that are to be infused into the regime to unleash the tremendous and healthful transitions which can make life worth living.

I must admit this place is more than just a gym for me, I might term it as my second home in town since I spent majority of my day's time in LAB . More than just getting fit I learned more about how can the dedication bring wonders in one's life . The coaches are superb and know what they are doing and the crowd is really good as well. Probably only place in town where you can learn skills, gain muscles and make some life time connections. Can't wait to visit LAB again
