Worst Gym Experience Ever - Gold Gym Hoshiarpur This is by far the worst gym I've ever stepped into. First off, there's no air conditioning - yes, in 2025, a "premium" gym without basic ventilation. The place is overcrowded with people who have absolutely no gym etiquette. Dumbbells are left scattered all over the floor because clearly, no one there knows how to return them to the rack. It's chaos - people cutting in, hogging equipment, and behaving like they own the place. And the best part? The management is too busy watching Instagram reels to care. I raised a complaint on April 13 via email and Instagram regarding the poor discipline and environment - no reply to date. Maybe they didn't understand English, or maybe they just don't care. Either way, it's clear that customer feedback means nothing to them. The gym is run by people who seem more interested in collecting membership fees than actually managing the gym. There are CCTV cameras, but apparently, they're just there for decoration because no one takes action on what they capture. There is no water even in their tap as well If you're looking for a gym with a healthy atmosphere, professional staff, and basic decency - this is not the place. Avoid it if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Majority of youngsters of hoshiarpur come to Gold's gym to workout and yet this is worst gym I've been to. The membership costs are of a premium space but apart from offering 2 floors of workout space they have nothing else to offer. The ventilation is as poor as it can get in a workout space. How are people supposed to workout properly if half of the ACs and fans are not even working. The fans are at such poor corners and most the areas do not have fans. The AC in the classroom doesn't have cooling feature apparently. Most of the gym equipment is broken and can be an accident hazard. If you're going to ask of Rs 10,000 for membership then atleast provide the basic amenities like ventilation and proper management of equipments.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Gold Gym. While the ambiance was impressive at first, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness was appalling. The washrooms were in a deplorable state, and the equipment was often broken or malfunctioning. I struggled to find the necessary pins to use the machines, and there was no guidance or assistance from the trainers. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in collecting payment than providing a decent service. They lacked basic manners and professionalism. Overall, I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and provide a better experience for their customers.
