Great atmosphere , trainers are very supportive and guide you every day to carry out exercises safely and properly. They motivate you to come Gym regularly. Cleaning and hygeinic maintained. Equipments are also in healthy condition. Special classes organised- dance/abs/stretching. Overall its a lovely atmosphere to start your day.
