There is no service available. And it's as packed and crowded as a labour class train. I never completed my workouts in peace for obvious reasons. My full yearly membership got wasted because there was no other option then quitting this gym. There only goal is to earn money so they never freeze admission. I hope nobody will go through the same. Find better options please.
