I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the service at Fitness 24 Gym (Prime). Despite having three trainers on the floor, the clients are not being managed effectively, which is impacting the overall experience. The level of service does not reflect the standards expected from a 'Prime' facility. Additionally, we were asked to pay credit card charges at the reception, even though the full annual membership fee was being paid, which was unexpected and disappointing. I hope these concerns will be addressed promptly to enhance the service quality and member experience.
