Worked out at this gym for almost 14 months. Pros: Cheapest gym on the Airport road Cons: Equipments are not maintained neither they take responsibility nor they bring new equipment Trainer is very egoistic Cleaning is an issue. They don't even fill handwash (just mix 10% handwash with 90% water) Locks of the lockers are broken

'B Fit', as the very name suggests its a perfect place to keep yourself Fit with the help of this gym. This gym is for those who are new in the field of body-building and want to gain/loose weight by 'working-out'. Perfect ,as in, for those who want to learn the basics of gyming, the ways on how to perform the absolute positions required for a basic muscle even it is for bicep, tricep, shoulder, lats, your abdominals, legs and even if you want to improve your technique for chest, with the assistance of coach available, at the moment. Ambience here is great, lightening so far is good as compared to a gym and staff is also well-spoken. For me, i am right now quite concentrated on building up myself i.e. my complete focus is on Gaining and so with the help of trainer, i am getting into my desired shape. Its fully air-conditioned and everything you'll be needing at a gym for, starting bodybuilding, is available here. But if you are looking for steam bath and stuff like that, that isn't available here at the moment. Rest, it is an ideal example of 'how a gym ought to be'.

Great trainers... Very hygenic and fully equipped with all types of machines and weights.. Specially very safe and good environment.. Highly recommend for this gym...
