Great gym for workouts for anybody in Amritsar for a short time. 200 rupees for a day pass is great value for India. Gym has all main equipment for upper & lower body resistance training or cardio. Separate gym for women only also is good. Opens early at 6am also a bonus, very quiet at this time and before it gets hot in the day. Owners very welcoming and friendly.
This gym is a great place for travelers and locals alike! The equipment is good, I found everything I needed for my workout. The staff is always present, creating a welcoming environment. There is a dedicated space for women, as well as a separate area for mixed training. Highly recommended!

We are Australian travelling through India. The staff, family owned, is always there knowledgeable and professional. A very friendly and inclusive place for foreigners with great equipment, feels really good to workout there . I highly recommend. I got to practice yoga with these fabulous ladies !
