The owner of the Zym Parampal Singh is well trained, energetic benevolent and good nutrition advisor. Special coaches are available for personal training. Sona bath and steam bath is just awesome. From st zym i improved my body structure ;lost 10 kg weight ,all the equipments in zym are very helpful for all type of body building and weight loosing ;specially i liked sona bath ;Mr Parampal singh is a ideal zym instructor and diet advisor;overall i can say it is the best zym in Abohar area.
