Worst experience ever! Neither service nor behavior is professional. Staff has no sense of how to deal with customers. Response time is extremely poor. Totally useless shop, I won't recommend it to anyone

I bought a pair of sega shoes. After 8-10 days the outsole eva of the shoe got detached from the upper part of shoe. When I went to the shop, the shopkeeper said that no guarantee or warranty, go to cobbler and say him to stich the shoe. Very poor service.
