With well trained masters for workout and help purposes ! The man runs this place Mr Kamal sir very knowledgeable and down to earth person who trains us well for the well being of!

This gym has a great unisex vibe--welcoming and inclusive for everyone. All equipments are modern, clean, and useful for daily workouts. Trainers and staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This gym has background music that keeps the energy up during workouts. Overall, it's a comfortable, motivating place to work out. 5 stars for 5 points..

I've Joined the Gym a couple of months back and had the pleasure of daily interacting with two trainer's in particular: "Ms.Soundariya" My personal trainer who is incredibly talented, approachable and kind, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. She has been highly vigilant with every reps that count and correct it immediately if its need to be corrected.She has been assisting me throughout and she is really outstandingly disciplined and inspiring. She not only helps the people who have taken personal training from her, but also she supports everyone willingly. She knows how to plan the workouts perfectly according to the individual needs and has helped me achieve better results. I feel stronger and more confident ..My heartfelt thanks to my Personal Trainer and the gym. Her energy,Guidance and encouragement are truly a dose of motivation to hit gym regularly without fail. It's such a nice and comfortable gym where girls and guys mind their own work. There are many women trainers for girls and men trainers for the guys respectively, overall it's such a nice place to join and get fit that's all I can say
