Easily one of the best gyms in the area! This place has plenty of brand-new well maintained equipments with best in class threadmills and Smith machine. I joined a month ago and have already started seeing a huge change in my overall fitness level. This has been due to the friendly environment and exceptional training offered by Mr. Shibu Damodaran, who has ensured that each and every gym member gets to train to their full potential. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their health and get in shape.

I recently visited this gym and I was really impressed. The gym was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was also impressed with the equipment. The gym had a lot of different types of equipment and it was all very clean. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
