Absolutely love this gym. The variety of classes, including yoga, Zumba, CrossFit, HIIT, and cardio sessions, instructor is knowledgeable and supportive. This gym has got a welcoming environment for women of all ages, i am damn sure you'll find something here to challenge and motivate you, as this is the only spot for womens of karaikal that helps us hit out fitness goal, Highly recommend giving it a try.
It is a good gym. Ambience is excellent. Trainer is a very friendly and competent. I lost my weight fastly. I strongly recommend those who want to join this Gym, can join without any second thought.
size zero fitness studio is the best ladies gym in karaikal. i have reduce my weight in a few weeks in healthy way. trainer josh is a lovey dovey person. she trained in so well. yoga (Priya) classes give a flexible body. dance (jeni)class i enjoyed it. i got a new friends in our gym.
