I have been going to this unisex gym in Karaikal for the past one year and my experience has been very good. I always feel comfortable working out here even with boys around because everyone focuses on their own workout. The trainers are excellent especially Mani brother who is very supportive. The gym also provides separate trainers for men and women, which makes it even better. Overall it's a really good place to work out.
