Sir adnan is amazing trainer in this gym.He has 13 years experience and the way he is training me i think nothing can train me like that because I tried many gyms and their trainer but when i came to sir adnan i am getting some changes in my body and i am feeling that i can make my physique more earlier.

Best Gym in Defence Raya Fairways Friendly Environment. I do cardio as well as strength training with Adnan bhai the Best Trainer. I recommend this gym. My Forever Gym.

Amazing gym with amazing equipment. I do yoga and Zumba as well as strength training with Ramiza and she has MashAllah helped me to loose weight. I highly recommend this gym and trainer to anyone who wants to loose weight and get their body back in shape :) I'm so glad this gym has opened and will forever be loyal to this gym and to my trainer.
