Jessica and her little crew are the most amazing child care a girl can ask for. I've been going to this gym for a year and a half and my daughter LOVES the daycare. They have become like family to us. Jessica always goes above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter are comfortable and I appreciate her so much.

I've been with VASA over a year. I am moving to a state that does not have their gym facilities. They refuse to cancel my membership without a $30 fee because I wasn't able to give them a 30 day notice. Life gets in the way and things happen. I got offered a job out of state, I called a representative to ask if I could please get this canceled with no fee for both accounts and they refused. Told me I would have to pay that amount and then I would keep gym memberships until December 1. I'm not even gonna be here for that. You're charging me for things that I'm not gonna be able to use. It is not right to charge people money to try to cancel after you've been with them over a year. It's unprofessional and disgusting that you're stealing money from people. I also pay for my husband's gym membership so they also want $30 for that one too. $60 just to cancel? That is absurd I will never come back and I will tell all my friends, family, anybody who will listen to never use this gym.

Overall great because they have kidcare for a small fee on your membership and it is a great for recreation if you have the time for it. However, the annual rate security fee is not noticeably present on the online sign up page, and linked accounts do not share the kidcare which can only be on the primary account, and linked accounts don't allow you to see your bill if you are not primary. I got the membership knowing my husband would have time to take our son and I was only occasionally coming. This means I can no longer see my bill because I had to make my husband primary and got charged when I put my son in kid care. The way the packages and IT database is set up is a major disaster for married couples. Too many hidden fees. My main account holder canceled and it only canceled his and won't let me cancel mine plus they charged a cancelation fee.

I have been working out for forty years. Vasa is the worse gym I have ever been to. The staff is awful and rude. The management in never able to talk to a member. You can never use the equipment because people are sitting on it on their phones. The showers are dirty. It is difficult to cancel the membership. In Oklahoma City go to Four star fitness or any other gym.

The gym itself is nice but the billing department is completely separate from the Gym and they're impossible to deal with. Their business practices are predatory and unbelievable. Also because it is for me AND my daughter they're doubling the insane charges and there is no one to speak with that has any authority to help you. And the app sucks so bad. If you live paycheck to paycheck then you absolutely cannot afford to be late, even if you move things around and pay the same day they will charge you anyway because it wasn't there when they tried to run it the first time.
