Terrible experience! The hotel charges a very high price but delivers the worst service. The food was absolutely pathetic - unhygienic and tasteless, definitely not worth eating. The place clearly has no management; everything feels disorganized and neglected. Rooms and dining areas lacked cleanliness, making the stay very uncomfortable. The only positive is the good location, but that alone cannot make up for the disaster this hotel is. Definitely not recommended!
Everything was good. But their service was impeccable. All the staff always have a smile on their faces. I think the food aspect needs to be looked at a little. For example, the chicken curry on the first day was not fresh. But on the following days, the crispy corn and lime cola were delicious.
Very very bad property and really horrible management...really one of the horrible experience...Stayed for three day rooms is in complete rundown condition. Faulty faucet. Bed broken,doors broken,ac remote not working.Management is fully aware of poor condition but it appears they are cutting cost .Room tariff should not be more than Rs 5000 but they have charged more than double !!Front office & housekeeper do not bother about customer inconvenience but very particular about other prorocols! God knows who stays in that kind of hotel after paying more than Rs 10 k/day & still leaves good comments.
Staffs of this hotel lead by sales manager are ruining peoples holiday and putting life of fellow tourists in danger . I booked this hotel online and there was a number on their Google account I paid 7500 and they sent me a receipt . When I reached hotel the receptionist first gave me a smug smile and said talk to our sales manager . The sales manager on call without me uttering a word said jo ukhadna hai ukhaad lo Tumhara paisa nahi denge . I had my four months daughter and wife with me I came here for a holiday for 2 days , in this scenario I couldn't have complained to police as it would have been very bothering . I checked on Google they removed the number from Google account after this incident . While going outside on of the staff said me that all staffs including manager is involved in this scam , I urge the owner of this hotel to please remove your entire hotel staff and the manager and sales manager , if you want me to narrate this to to comment me here I will reach out to you . But seriously your staffs are ruining your hotel . Change them or someday you will be in big trouble
Location is good , it's just 50m from puri beach. Room is not maintained properly. Food prices are extravagant and they charge 20% gst on food in their restaurant. Food quality and taste is worst. Not recommended at all at this price range(8k/night)
