I m Manoj Kumar Nanda, felt depressed due to sudden death of my wife after succumbing to a stroke, quit my job from Indian Railway and joined here(at the age of 55) in Trifit wellness before nine months. Thereafter what I have achieved, I think no need to evince anyone. Still I describe in my lenses. I think he is one of our deligent yoga guru in Sambalpur. He has an incredible eye for details n can get the best out of you,by coaxing u a bit more everyday. His understanding of physical silence is good.Here classes are always well planned, clearly delivered and cover various pranayams.Good explanations n feedback for anyone new, as well as information on the benefits n contraindications of the practice. With each yoga pose, I found myself painting, try to drenched in sweat, n my muscles trembling. Nine months into my yoga journey, in between this I have completed YTT Course at Rishikesh, still experience challenges n its humbling. Yoga is not about being the best but about continuous growth n understanding of your body.Yesss , u get an adrenaline rush from lifting weights, but let's see you lift your own body weight in a crow pose !!!!
