The warmly decorated rooms provide flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges. Suites offer sitting areas. Room service is available.
A contemporary restaurant serves international cuisine. Other amenities include a spa, a fitness centre and event space, plus parking and a breakfast buffet.
As usual my stay in this hotel is smooth and good. Especially due to the kind of staffs they do have. Special mention to Rashmita and Namrata they are so cordial and friendly. They manage things so well.
Just want to suggest little more 1 person friendly menu will be great. Like some simple combos or thali or something similar. (For an example - 5 eggs bhurji or 4 eggs curry how it's possible for 1 person to have this much)

We were here for 4 days recently and our experience was wonderful.
The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Rashmitha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, making our check-in smooth and pleasant.
The rooms were comfortable. I don't think one can expect more than this in a place like Sambalpur. Dont expect a 5 Star facility for sure.
The food was a highlight, absolutely delicious and a big reason why we enjoyed our time so much. Apecial thanks to Sudip Kumar Pothal and his team ( Manoranjan, Jyoti, Pandey, and Sabitri) at the restaurant. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality made a huge difference.
I will definitely stay here again.

In particular, I want to mention Ms. Rashmita her gratitude, warmth, and communication skills are outstanding. The way she engages with customers reflects genuine care and professionalism. Every property needs people like her, as she adds great value to the overall guest experience.
Keep up the wonderful work!

Had a great stay. Room was a bit small but all the necessary items were present. Food was superb and they provided us with a fish dish although it was not present in the buffet menu. We checked out early so they also packed some breakfast . This was a great gesture.Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you so much.

At 5:10 a.m. on October 9, when all the hotel boarders were fast asleep, the corridor's hazard alarm suddenly honked kept ringing for several minutes. Many of us rushed outside, but there was no hotel staff to be seen anywhere. When I went down the stairs to the reception, I found two employees there -- calm and indifferent. They informed me that the alarm had switched on because the water tank had overflowed while being filled. Their expressionless and unconcerned attitude left me both surprised and annoyed.
Had this incident not occurred, I would have given the hotel a five-star rating. But because of the fright and the rude awakening at that hour, I couldn't bring myself to do so.
The hotel itself is very good. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Both the room and the washroom were quite spacious. We had access to hot water 24 hours a day. However, the body wash bottle was empty, and only one dental kit was provided for two people. I called room service once, but no one answered.
The restaurant food was tasty and of good quality, though slightly overpriced. In contrast, we liked the food and pricing at the nearby bakery much more -- along with its pleasant ambiance.
The daytime reception staff were very nice and always ready to help with a smile. The travel agency contact they provided for car rental was excellent.
All in all, apart from the hazard alarm incident, our overall experience was quite good.
