It's been 3 weeks I have joined this gym. Prices is also very friendly only 700/- for admission and you have to pay 500/- monthly it pretty cheap as compared to rest of the gym in sambalpur. And good part is that all kind of machine are available. The trainer is also very much friendly and the best time to visit This ai place for exercise is between 4 and 5 O'Clock gym is pretty much empty so you can exercise comfortably.

It's a well equipped gym with amazing staff who are very helpful. I have tried a few other gyms in Sambalpur and I like this the best. The energy is great as soon as you step in. Everyone is friendly and the trainers especially are always willing to guide. The owner Vineet is passionate and knowledgeable about body building and guided me throughout for all the workouts, regarding proper form and how to get the most of them. It has all the machines and equipment one could need. Highly recommend!
