have been visiting Rourkela once every year, and the Mayfair restaurant has always been one of my regular stops. The food continues to be good, with a wide variety on the menu catering to different tastes. The ambience too is pleasant, offering a comfortable and relaxed dining atmosphere.However, the biggest and most consistent disappointment has been the service speed. Over the years, it has gone from slow to painfully sluggish. Be prepared to wait for hours before your food arrives, even for simple orders. The staff seems indifferent, with an attitude that long waiting times are just normal. Sadly, this decline in service quality has become more noticeable with each visit.Overall, while the food and ambience are commendable, the extremely slow service overshadows the experience. Mayfair Rourkela needs to seriously improve its restaurant service standards to match the quality of its food and reputation.

This particular property may come across as less opulently furnished or decorated when compared to the same brand's many other properties, it still offers exceptional service quality at par with Mayfair standards.

Visited Mayfair Rourkela for breakfast with my uncle on a lovely morning. Tried the Upma and the Mayfair Special Cheese Dosa -- both fresh, flavorful, and served with generous portions of sambar and the classic red and white chutneys.
The food hit the right spot, and the ambiance made it even better. A great place for a relaxed breakfast -- definitely recommend! That cheese dosa is something you'll remember for a while.
