Visited Vishal Mega Mart , Puri, hoping for a comfortable shopping experience -- but honestly, it was a bit disappointing. The AC wasn't working, and the store had a stuffy smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay for long. The floor wasn't clean, and overall the place felt a bit neglected. Some staff members behaved very rudely, as if they own the place -- no basic courtesy or willingness to help. The product variety is okay and prices are reasonable, but the store hygiene and staff attitude seriously need improvement. Could be a great shopping spot with better management

Prices are good but not the materials and also a very long line is waiting as most counter remain closed often only two or three arr in active condition

The staff, especially the girls at the billing counter, exhibit very poor behavior and lack basic customer etiquette. When I asked whether a particular counter accepted online transactions, one of them rudely told me not to ask again. Is this how a customer should be treated? Other staff members are no better--when asked about a product, they simply ignore you. Smart Bazaar and Reliance Fresh provide far superior customer service. Offering products at reasonable prices doesn't mean you can take customers for granted. I wish I had the option to give zero star.

Was gaining bad experience in hot summer . There is no facilities of any type of air conditioners although in summer. Old dresses which they can't be sell deposited in the front of mall which make 1st impression bad .
