Jay Jagannath, today I spent 40 minutes trying to pay my purchases in your shop. 30 minutes I was standing on long queue. When my turn came the cashier told I can not pay in cash on this cash desk and I had only cash with me. There was not any announcement about it on this cash desk in advance. He told me to go other cash fest in very rude mode. I tried to solve this with the manager who was just giving excuses but did not help me. Other cashier kindly helped me to avoid a new queue. I was together with my small child and we were in hurry. Also no prices on vegetables, you should ask every price and most of staff don't know the prices for vegetables. So now I will not come again to your shop and as I'm working with tourists, mostly foreigners, I will not advise them also to visit your shop till you will not start manage the store nicely with respect to your buyers. Much required smart bazar for the people of Puri. Spacious space inside the mart. Enough parking space for two wheelers. But more number of counter are required to manage during rush hours. Any grocery can be found here. Good buying experience.

Very poor and pathetic customer service by Cashier Debasish. The manager also not able to handle properly. Green Team Lemon Honey price mentioned Rs 310 on tag after 50 Rs discount but not given as told the tag is not changed and no discount applicable on this, the cashier is not bother to ask whether we need the bag or not after so many things purchase, how a person will carry the things and come out from store ?? The management should look after this very seriously and compensate the poor approach by employees and managers otherwise it will very difficult to service in this competition world. I also request others to be very careful while buying the things at Smart Bazar and avoid visit this store as we have multiple options available at Puri.

Large space available inside the Mart for better shopping ..large parking for bike only.fourwheeler parking not available...Billing process is too late.

One stop - one store. It's one of the biggest store. Three floors. Really I love this. Just stepped in purchase of so many. It's good for two wheeler, after purchase you should carry things by you only. Here is problem with traffic rules, you park your vehicle some where marketing some where Or else I suggest and support
