We stayed here for 2 days and 1 night during our trip to Puri, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere -- the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
The food deserves a special mention! We had two breakfasts and one dinner at the restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious -- great taste, good variety, and well-served. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The only area that could use a little improvement is the room maintenance -- we had booked 12 rooms of the same category, yet found a bit of variation in their condition. It wasn't a big issue, but some upgradation would make the experience even better.
Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and service here. Would absolutely love to stay again on our next visit to Puri. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for comfort, good food, and warm service.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visit in my life. First of all the property is 1.5 km away from sea beach, auto will cost u 100-150 to come at lighthouse. Secondly staffs behavior was tremendously bad, they should learn first how to talk with people, guards don't know to help clients to carry the luggages. Anyway we didn't even ask for it also.
Initially while booking (for 19th oct to 21st oct) they (Ranjit tripathy) told me that they will provide us rooms if available at morning 8:30-9:00, as they have min 100 of rooms. But when we arrived they opened their rule book and told us they could only give us room at 12 pm, till then we have to wait in reception area. After a whole night of train journey we waited 1:30 hr, totally exhausted, staffs were laughing and gossiping at the corner and treating us as beggars.
At 9:30 we went to the reception and asked to cancel the booking. Then they got very annoyed and told that they will give us a room, as if they were favoring us. At the next moment they asked us to clear the whole payment at the check-in time only. Also we paid a 2000 rs advance 2 months before. They didn't returned that. We canceled the booking and left the hotel. While we were leaving the staffs were telling bad words.
I will recommend you not to go there. They are totally fraud. Beawre of their Rule book. And those staffs should take a course first before getting their jobs.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Room service was prompt and professional--every request was handled with care and attention to detail.
The food was absolutely fantastic! Every meal was a delight, with a great variety of options that were both delicious and beautifully presented.
A special thanks to Sushant for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. His hospitality, warmth, and dedication truly stood out and made us feel so welcome.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Rooms were in very poor condition - damp, shabby interiors, broken AC, and walls with only plaster of Paris. Common areas stinking, dirty floors, cobwebs, and spiders in bathrooms. Faced a dangerous lift incident - during power cut, ARD and emergency devices didn't work, even the bell switch failed. Food was tasty but with limited breakfast spread and overpriced items (80 for one soft drink). Paid 9,000 for 2 rooms for one night - totally not worth it, actual value max 2,500. Only positive was Sushant from the restaurant, who was courteous and professional. Location is far from temple and beach, with a very poor approach road. Overall, highly disappointing stay.
