Rooms are pathetic and the price is too high. Staff is very irresponsible and rooms are stinky you and building looks like a 20 year old building and there is no lift even . Location does not have proper access to road also . Only a single car can accommodate in that road . Walls are patchy . Very pathetic and disgusting experience. I have never been cheated this much ever in my life
Worst hotel, Rooms are not good , bad smell in rooms. Beds are very discomfort. From this hotel you wont be able to see beach. If you want beach view don't book this hotel. I suggest families not to prefer this hotel.
Rooms are passable for the price we paid. The service was pathetic. We had to wait for half an hour to check-in as they started cleaning the rooms only after we arrived. No towel, no soap and no drinking water was provided in room. There was no water in the washrooms for almost 2 hours during check-out. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Neeladri beach is at walkable distance. There are small shops and restaurants nearby. Rickshaws ply frequently to reach other parts of the city.
Worst ever experience of my life, i will suggest to never book this hotel. 1. Even after booking and continuous communication they didn't told that they don't have rooms they shifted the guest to different hotel. 2. Service is pathetic, you will get better service at Dharamshala. 3. In between 9 guest they only provided 6 pillows. 4. For 9 guest they only provided three room by saying we don't have rooms. 4. Rooms were also in not so good condition. 5. No one attends your issue literally no one. 6. After discussion they told they will provide 1 room but by the time they denied for the room. It not even deserve 1 star this was the worst ever experience of my life.
Disgusting service to start with. There is no power supply/ water service at times. No provision of warm water in the washroom. WiFi doesn't reach your room. TV is always out of order. Don't go for this hotel even if it's free of cost.
