We booked two rooms from 19.10.25 to 24.10.25. The rooms were good and specious. The toilets were clean. They have their own restaurant at the ground floor. The restaurant was also clean and well decorated. Overall it was a pleasant stay there.
The location is great if you have your own car and you love peaceful surroundings away from crowds ! The rooms are really good, spacious and well appointed! Owner of the property has very refined taste which reflects in the color combinations and choice of materials like Floor tiles, beds quality of linens ,pillows defused lighting and fixtures! Bathrooms are large and clean full height tiles good quality bathroom fittings! They even provide hair dryer and good quality toiletries which are not seen in this price range hotels ! FOOD : Hotel has in house restaurant but the service is very bad ! You have to order 2 hours in advance and they close the restaurant at 10.Pm ! Manager and waiters are arrogant! Once you order food you can't cancel it even within 10 Minutes of ordering They will not supply crockery and cutlery after 10Pm in rooms! There is no room service after 10Pm !
The restaurant provides excellent service, and the staff exhibit exemplary politeness and professionalism. Mr. Avijit Pramanik, in particular, demonstrates remarkable courtesy and a pleasant demeanor. Overall, their hospitality is truly commendable.
I booked this hotel for 5 nights but I stayed at this hotel for 2days only. Room was good enough.. base level staff was good but untrained. I ordered no onion no garlic no tomoto food and I personally requested for atleast 10-15times for no tomato and they confirmed me that they won't put tomato and made me wait for 40-45mins and when they served the food I found tomato in it so I call manager but he was busy by doing nothing at reception when I asked him why they put tomato when I mentioned not to put he's reply was ma'am this is not pure veg restaurant. So i decided to check out and at that time Manager forced me to pay full payment for 5days when I stayed only 2 days too much dadagiri. I was about to call police Don't stay at this hotel if you value your money. Worst manager and owner too no solution nothing paid youtube promotion and review don't trust on YouTube video
Best place to stay if you are going to Puri. Service was really good. All the staff and manager's behaviour was so polite even the security guard was very good and helped me a lot with the necessary information.
