Receptionist was very helpful, allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Room service was excellent. Healthy and tasty buffet breakfast. Food quality at restaurant was very good. Calm and quiet ambiance. Garden is well maintained. Niladri beach is almost connected to the hotel. Bath at the beach was enjoyable avoiding the crowd. As there are very few shops nearby and almost no eateries, evening time is boring.
This a decent place to stay, offers neat and clean rooms. Staff is friendly from here you can directly access to the Neeladri beach, there beach gate is accessible from 5am to 9pm. they also have spacious parking. Food here is average. For jaganath temple it is advisable to hire auto, which you can get easily here use mayfair as landmark. And you are sorted. Overall happy with the stay
Very bad rundown hotel. Extremely hot rooms with useless A/C with no sea view. Makemytrip had a sea view listing for this property. Absolute bogus. For a sandwich they said they will take 1 hour. Avoid this place. We booked for 4800 plus. Absolute garbage with no open views.
Hotel Samudra is a must visit place.The location of the hotel adds extra points.If anyone wants to stay in a quite and peaceful environment,this hotel is a must choice within the budget.Staff's behaviour was excellent,and they were very cordial.The room which I stayed was comparatively good,all the basic accommodations were there.The taste of food was amazing though it was somehow overpriced.There were much more options in breakfast,every items were delicious. Overall it's a good stay at Hotel Samudra.
Too good and I really don't have any negatives to say. Only one suggestion. The hotel authorities can have a counter on the sea beach for guests to keep shoes / mobile etc while bathing. I think it will be of great help.
