Hotel is nearest to the Golden beach...Just a 5 minutes walk. It is in a narrow lane though where the road is in bad shape. The rooms on the ground floor are a bit old and needs some maintenance as per the price which was charged. The pillows were moldy and black.The biggest problem is 7-8 AM checkout, the staff starts banging your door at 7AM, but it is prevalent all around Puri.It is also only 2-3 kms far from the Puri Jagganath Temple. Staff is helpful. PS : House keeping asks for positive reviews when cleaning the room during the stay so keep it in mind while reading the reviews.
Title: Terrible Experience - Never Coming Back! I usually don't write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Room: The room was dirty and smelled musty as soon as I walked in. The sheets looked unwashed, the bathroom had mold in the shower, and the AC made a loud rattling noise all night. There were stains on the walls and carpet, and the furniture looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. Service: Absolutely unprofessional, the housekeeping skipped our room entirely one day. When I complained, they just shrugged and said they were "short-staffed."Renovation of hotel was done during our visit and full of dust. Food: The food was inedible. I tried both the breakfast buffet and room service - both were cold, bland, and overpriced. I regret wasting my money here. If you value cleanliness, decent food, and basic hospitality - stay far away from this place.
The rooms are neat and clean. AC is working properly. The behavior of staffs are awesome. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from beach . There are many bengali restaurants near the hotel.
