I'm carrying very bad experience during my stay in this hotel. I stayed here for 2 days in the cottage. The experience in the room is very bad. They don't check the room before allotting. When we entered the flush in the toilet was not working and we had to call the plumber for repair. He repaired for one hour! We have come here for relaxation..not to watch the work of the plumber. Here the attendants are after tips. They are after the people who are leaving... not the boarders. Yesterday while taking out the car from the parking area,dogs were sleeping under the car. Three attendants were standing there in order to bid farewell to some guests but non of them paid any attention towards us! I had to drove out the dogs myself. And since two days TV in the room is not working. When we entered, we lodge a complaint, the electrician came but couldn't make out the fault. It was running in the blurred picture condition but since yesterday afternoon, it was totally gone! This is my experience during my stay.
Last time also my experience was not good but this time my son booked the hotel without consulting me. Anyway, since the hotel has the situational advantage, I think the owner or the manager pay no attention towards the service. Yes ,one good thing, the food in the restaurant is good.

It's one the oldest and famous resort in Puri and they had a very good track record. But service wise they are not improving.
Complementary water bottle provided at room was not drinkable with smell of chlorine and bad hard water taste coming out of it. Complained multiple times still the issue was not looked into.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay then please avoid staying here. We had a two days planned stay at family room then we were meant to shift to deluxe room but due to the shabby condition of the hotel we had to leave the hotel. A perfect luxury gateaway on Beach property. Well behaved staff, prompt service from room service and kitchen, lush greenery, 180 degree view of sea beach, attached sea beach, excellent swimming pool with GYM. They also have Spa and jacuzzi which are paid. Food was great, less spicey. 2 inhouse restaurent, and one of them is a bar cum restaurent where they serve alcohol. Swimming costumes are available for rent. Swimmimg pool is clean and very well maintained. Kids pool is great too. The entire hotel is very well maintained, cleaned. Truly a 5 star category property worth staying in.
There are 2 Bedded, 4Bedded family rooms, delux rooms, suites and cottages.
They have meeting rooms and Community hall too. People can opt for a destinatiom wedding here too. The hall can accomodate more than 300 person at a time.

Rooms were average, stay was fine. Room was not ready till 11 am and their checking time is 10am. The lawn and pool draws attention and is well maintained. I paid 6k for a very average sized room and price was not at all justified.
