The hotel is medium priced range. The rooms are good sized but smelling a lot. They have to find a way of how to reduce the rotten smell out of the rooms. The reception is beautiful, restaurent is fantastic. The cleanliness of the room to be improved to next level with proper air out flow. Not enough parking lots for peak seasons. Overall i give 4

The behaviour of staff are very good and the room has a Nice lighting system . Bathroom was also good. They also provide food service and free breakfast . The only issue is with the price . It was 2000 for a ac room with double bed but the room was kinda small. You can get a fair deal with the same price in puri with a room that have double space comparing with this one

My experience had been nice but recently I booked my stay online but they could not find my booking in their system. Then I booked my room there on the spot and paid more than my initial booking amount. In the night, I found a bed bug while sleeping which when informed, I had to shift to a different room which was not so nice. I hope they improve their system and customer experience.

The hotel is located close to the railway station. That may be its only positive point. It is an old hotel with outdated rooms and interiors. The tariff starts at nearly 1500 exclusive of GST. You can find better options on OYO at the same tariff. The breakfast though complimentary is no good and it's better to pay and eat better breakfast. All in all, I stayed twice at this hotel and did not return back ever again.
