I've just completed 3 days at this gym in Kuarmunda, and honestly, I'm really enjoying it! It's actually the only gym here where both men and women can work out together, which makes it feel more open and comfortable. The trainer is supportive, the atmosphere is motivating, and all the machines are in good condition. It's a great place whether you're just starting or already into fitness. Yesterday I have gone there and seen proman fitness gym , proman gym have all equipment and it have nice interiors and I think so , till now I had not seen gym like this
