After working out at PCS Gym for a year, I can confidently say this place is not worth your time or money. The gym seriously lacks maintenance. Most of the machines are either outdated or completely broken, and there has been no effort to replace or repair them. They did introduce iron dumbbells once, which raised some hope--but that was short-lived. Now, there are barely 4-5 usable weight plates left. The treadmills are ancient and barely functional. The shock absorbers on some machines are so stiff that even pulling 10-20 kg feels off. The cleanliness is terrible, especially in the boys' locker room--it's practically a dustbin. People eat and throw wrappers there, and no one seems to care. Outside shoes are allowed, adding to the filth. Honestly, gym hygiene here is close to zero. The place is always overcrowded, and whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced-level trainee, you'll struggle to get a proper workout done here. The limited number of machines just makes it worse. This gym might have had potential, but poor upkeep, unhygienic conditions, and zero crowd management make it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend PCS Gym to anyone.
