The worst gym and especially the worst owner. I took admission there and asked for my receipt but he said to take it the next day. When I asked for it the next day, he avoided giving it to me. Then on asking for it again and again, he told his employee, 'through the receipt to his face'. What does that mean, I was shocked to see this behaviour and from that day onwards, going to that gym did not seem right to me. Are you guys evading GST or whatever you are doing, you should keep a separate casual bill book brother. If the customer gives the money, he will ask for proof, right? He thinks he is a king of somewhere, as if we are his father's servants.Bro you are just owner of gym that too on a rented property. It doesn't take long for a person to drown #bekr gym

I've visited this place twice, and both times the experience was nothing short of disappointing. First, the customer service - I had to wait a good 10 minutes before any trainer even bothered to guide me. And mind you, the trainer I was waiting for wasn't busy at all - he was just roaming around aimlessly with zero interest in training customers. Instead of taking responsibility, they were more focused on passing me from one trainer to another like it was a relay race. Second, the equipment - this was the biggest shocker. For the first time in Cuttack, I came across a concept where gym equipment is apparently allotted according to gender! I was casually using a machine when a trainer walked up and told me, "This machine is only for females." Seriously? Since when did machines start coming with gender tags? The alternative machines were just average at best. Overall, if you want to waste your time waiting for disinterested trainers and get told which equipment you're "allowed" to use based on your gender, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, you're better off anywhere else.

Worst gym experience ever. Me and my friend went there, and while reracking weights, one side accidentally slipped. Instead of handling it calmly, the owner started shouting and behaved us like he own the world. The behaviour was totally arrogant and disrespectful. On top of that, the gym didn't even have the lights and AC on. Totally unprofessional and not worth your time or money. Not a place I would recommend to anyone -- respect and basic manners are equally important as gym equipment

Club1% gym is really one of the spacious, neat and well organised gym out of all the gym I have visited in Cuttack. There are trainers available for guidance and support and track your progress weekly. I feel it's quite a convenient space for both men and women looking for transformation. At the end of the day It's your focus and efforts that will reap the benefits.

Someone please throw this gym owner out. Har doosre din workout ke time he starts disturbing everyone. Always sitting on the Smith machine like it's his personal setup..oh bhai, gym public ke liye hota hai, not your private training ground. We have to wait for ages while he casually chills on the machine..
