Bounce Gym

I'm sure they can improve a lot. Sadly they don't want to. Owner and staffs seem careless about their customers and have excuses for any problem you state. Equipments and materials are not at their best and are limited. Just two mats available for the floor exercises, I wonder how's that enough! Trainers are friendly, but I guess they should be little more concerned about their clients.

Not a single machine (cycle, CrossFit, treadmill) is working. The cycles have loose chains, seats and everything falling apart. Only 1 cycle works that too squeaks. The weight plates, dumbbells are broken. The treadmill is broken and only 1 operates with sudden stops. The floor, machines and everything is so dusty you can get infected and become seriously ill. The trainers, owners and particularly people too are acquainted with the dust and do not take any action regarding it. The mats are sweaty and dust sticks to it. The floor is dusty and people wear outside chappals/shoes to the gym while the owner says nothing. The primary trainer keeps busy with his phone all the times. Few ladies are rascals totally. Covid-19 precautions - forget them or take an insurance before entering as you will never know when you'll get seriously injured or infected. The bathroom and the trainer room is filled with cigarettes packets and beer bottles. You can see injection syringe at outside dustbin and corner of trainer room - I don't know they or other people taking drugs or something else. PLEASE AVOID THIS SO CALLED GYM to save your life.

The bounce gym has three branches. The one at Maria bazar is probably the best amongst these. It has two floors. The cardio workout area is in the first floor. It has bicycles, treadmills, abs machine, sit-up machines battle ropes and a lot of other instruments. The second floor has all the equipments necessary for resistance or mass building exercises. The entire complex is centrally air conditioned. It has music systems as well. There are separate water purifiers and separate toilets and washrooms for each floor. The best part about the gym are it's trainers. They have 5 trainers.. Sridhar sir, jyoti sir, Umesh sir, Chandan sir and I am sorry for not knowing the last name. The are extremely well maintained and fit. And most importantly they guide you very well. For the ladies also the gym is a great as they have separate abs workout area. Two trainers look after the cardio training. Three trainers look after the resistance training. It has all the necessary requirements of a good gym. Regarding the price. For winters..that is till 31st Jan The schemes are One month - 1000 Three months - 2000 And rest I will upload the pics of revised price very soon.

Good enough gym but the space is less considering the numbers of equipments.You will find better gym with the same price. Trainers are not the best but helpful if you need assistance.

Covered almost my 3years here. It hurts me now imagine Bounce only for cardio (on marble floor) because Cycles, trademills, Stepper have no life. Plates are torned, less no. of dumbbells, loosen rods. Inconvenience during powercut, no comments on the Audio player. - Wish I had no choice of leaving such a memorable place, if it has upgraded long time back.

If you have to close the gym forever at least convey it to the members. Took money and all of a sudden the gym has been closed for the last 2 weeks. Such unprofessional people.

Very nice gym. Fees is also lower as compared to other gyms in Cuttack. Trainers are friendly. All equipments are there. Budget friendly gym.
