This is a fitness centre / gym with advanced equipments, a competent trainer Biren (who also happens to be the owner) and a very lively atmosphere. The gym is open 24*7 and you can come anytime during the day and work-out. Also, the AC is always on , so its pleasant working out during this summer heat. I should add, the experience in the gym is what one would find in gyms present in metros like Mumbai. All the members of the gym are respectable and well behaved so you wont feel any insecurity while exercising. I also heard from the owner that he is developing the terrace as a fun zone where variety of games such as boxing will be started. Also plans are afoot to provide the gym members with healthy food for pre workout and post workout meal. Overall this gym is highly recommended.

Very good gym near CDA sec 10area with good functional equipments, well maintained with 24hrs opening. Best part is elder people can come.
