Good option for cricket training, football training, long jump, High jump, walking and running

We visit here daily. There's a gym where we do exercise then we run around 3 to4 rounds then walk 2 round. We do crunches,skipping,push and pullups then we play foot ball in the morning and in the evening we play cricket
