Came to knew about this place from my seniors........it's very close to hospital.......walkable distance ...........the good thing abt this gym is its all female gym.........the gym trainer and the zumba instructor are extremely helpful and frndly........they frame programs as per ur need.........

Perfect destination for ladies and kids fitness and zumba dance classes. Classes are taken thruout the week except for Sunday in 2 sessions .... morning and evening. .....familiar environment and frndly atmosphere.......
