A perfect place for a gym rat. They have healthy varieties of food range. And the most amazing thing is that, they have mentioned the nutritional contents in every cuisine. No doubt, they really offer healthy and yummy cuisine. But they need to improve their Atmosphere and Ambience. And the service is also not up to the mark.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to this cafe left me extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, there was no one in the reception and when I knock the kitchen door then one staff came out from kitchen and the staff seemed completely disinterested and inattentive. I had high hopes for this cafe, but the service completely ruined the experience. It took long time just to get someone's attention and even then they seemed annoyed to take your order. A place with such unprofessional service doesn't deserve repeat customer.
Well the food was ok .. as it states fit foods.. tried several things but taste wise was ok.. I really loved the pan cakes as it was with lots of choco chip and sauce. But others were average.. chicken salad I really liked .. the pasta that I did not like at all and the wrap was with wheatfloor based.. was ok Over all ok experience
The good is healthy and tasty. But sometimes they compromise on quality, i got egg shell in egg fried rice.
