Under the guidance of Miss Dibya, I have managed to shed the body fat, but what's important here is that I am becoming stronger day by day. I feel confident in the way I look. She is well-versed in the field, and her workout sessions are fun and informative. The diet chart and workout plans provided are legit. Overall experience at The Iron Fist Gym is great. Good ambience and polite staff.

Best atmosphere and cooperative staffs and trainers ...and most recommended gym of Bhubaneswar

Everything is very perfect about this gym but i think tge bumper plates isnt enough for the deadlift .. i would request to look over this please Other wise highly recommended

Best gym of my locality Top notch interior and equipment The best part is separated deadlift session .. only request to have more bumper plates for deadlift as they are very few about 150kgs ..

Decent gym... Only one trainer here is professional and helpful i.e "Abhishek ". The rest lack dedication. Not the most encouraging space for everyone, especially for those who value a respectful and focused environment.

So, after 7 months of hitting of the gym. My overall experience: Hygiene : 10/10 The equipments are maintained well and the overall surrounding is cleaned more than thrice a day which is just phenomenal. Ambience:10/10 The interiors are decorated well and the trainers are well trained and highly experienced and they constantly motivate and guide during sets "without even taking PT" which is best thing of this gym.
