Very Honest Review- Please do not go to this Gym. I am Yogendra with Gym admission id SR 513 and I have selected a 3 month package. My admission date was 14.04.2025 and paid approx 60% of the amount and told them to wait 3 days for remaining 40%. I started my Gym as Day 1 on 14.04.2025 and suddenly I had a Family problem and i have to go any how. I informed them about this. Being mentally disturbed I was unable to join the gym till June 22, 2025. On June 23, 2025 I went to the gym but they told me that I can not use anything until remaining 40% are not paid. I told I have informed about problems and lot of arguments was there today. Finaly I told them okay give me one day only, Today I am doing my gym and tomorrow I will pay the amount what is remaining. They strictly said No which was totally unprofessional. 1. If someone has paid rs. 60% amount and attend only one day in two months the staff should at least make a call to the person and ask where are you and your payment is pending. 2. After paying 60% amount how can you deny to use the gym or atleast give 1 more day to the customer as a humanity. Very very bad experience and unprofessional behaviour. I will not suggest any of my friend circle to come to this gym for 100% sure.
